We needed to sell my mother's apartment since she was moving to a senior's home. We initially listed it with another agent and had no real interest in the property for several months. We then listed with Heather and she had it sold in relatively short order. We were extremely happy with Heather's work. She was very diligent and kept us informed at all times. She met with us frequently and gave us great advice. She is extremely knowledgable, helpful and motivated. It was obvious to us that she really cared and that her motivation came from a sincere desire to help us and not just to generate a sale. What more could you ask?!

I first met Heather during an open house. She was very attentive, responded quickly and was so knowledgeable. Since then, she always replied to our mails or texts within a couple of minutes, day and night. I was so stressed while we were waiting for our mortgage approval. She is always so positive. She is a true representative of us. During some critical stages, she guided us to practice "time is money". She always offered to go with us to the mortgage meeting, home inspection and appraisal. She is so quick that she emails me and gives us wise options or suggestions for a request even before the meeting is over. She is so efficient as well.
